The process begins with a simple yet meticulously prepared dough made from just four ingredients:
high-quality wheat flour, water, salt, and yeast. The dough is allowed to rise slowly over 24 to 48 hours, creating the perfect light and airy texture.
Our pizzas are cooked in a traditional wood-fired oven, reaching temperatures of over 900°F (485°C). This intense heat creates the signature
Neapolitan char—perfectly crispy edges, with a soft and chewy center, all in under 90 seconds. The result is a pizza that’s
